Also an educated marine biologist, Kevin is known as the master of minimalism, diving and daredevil stunts. Always on the go, in search of new places to climb, explore and leap from. By means of the Makaira II, joining forces with Naxo enables him to share his knowledge and passion for all things whales and wild. Expeditions gain from his ‘can do anything’ attitude and thought provoking ability to ask the big questions in life – a necessity for when you need to keep cabin fever at bay.

I was borned in Pamplona, Navarra, Spain. Yes… in that city where people run in front of the bulls for no special reason. Studied a Bachelor’s in Biology at UNAV and moved to Tromsø when I was 20 y.o. to follow my dream to become a marine biologist. However, Tromsø hooked me in its arms for many more reasons than just research. For the first time in my life I felt the freedom of living independently and making my own big choices, and I liked it. Besides, Tromsø offered me endless opportunities to explore the outdoors in unprecedent ways: backcountry skiing, ice-climbing, sailing, spearfishing… all just a few kilometers away from my doorstep.
